PPTConversion is an AI-powered tool that converts your HTML pages, PDF documents, and images into fully editable PowerPoint presentations (.pptx). The AI reads and understands your content — not just its text — and produces a structured, designed slide deck in seconds.

Most converters simply dump your content into slides with no understanding of structure or hierarchy. Our AI actually reads your document, identifies headings, key points, data, and intent — then creates a logically structured, visually designed presentation that matches the meaning of your content, not just its words.

We support HTML (.html, .htm), PDF (.pdf), and image files (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .gif). Each can be converted into a fully editable PowerPoint presentation. Maximum file size is 10MB.

Most conversions complete in 30–60 seconds. Larger or more complex documents may take up to 2 minutes. You can see a live progress indicator with each step as it completes.

Yes — the output is a native .pptx file with real PowerPoint shapes, text boxes and elements. Open it in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress and edit freely.

No. Your file is processed in-memory and sent to the AI for analysis only. We do not store, log or retain the content of your uploads. The resulting PPTX file is generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Your document is sent securely to the AI for analysis and is not stored or shared with any third parties. The AI processes it to generate slide code, and the content is not retained after the session ends.

Yes. All connections to pptconversion.com use HTTPS encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay — your card or UPI details never touch our servers.

You generate your presentation first — completely free — and see the slide count before paying. Then choose a plan and pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking for India; cards and digital wallets internationally). An access code is emailed to you instantly after payment.

For Indian customers: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets. For international customers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured by Razorpay.

After payment, you receive a unique access code (format: PPT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) via email. This code holds your conversion credits. Enter it in the "Have an access code?" box on the converter page to use your credits. The code works on any device or browser.

Credits from 5-Pack and 10-Pack plans are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Single conversions are one-time use. The expiry date is shown in your confirmation email.

Use the "look up by email" option on the converter page — enter the email address you used at checkout and your code will be displayed. You can also check your original confirmation email, or contact support@pptconversion.com.

Since you preview the result before paying, refunds are generally not offered for completed conversions. However, if a technical failure occurs after payment (download fails, generation error), contact support@pptconversion.com within 7 days and we'll refund the credit or retry at no charge.

By default, the AI decides the optimal slide count based on your content (typically 8–20 slides). You can also choose a target count of ~5, ~10, ~15 or ~20 slides in the options before converting.

Five styles: Professional (clean corporate, navy and white), Minimal (ultra-clean, generous whitespace), Bold (high-contrast, strong typography), Creative (modern startup, vibrant accents), and Dark Premium (deep backgrounds, neon accents). Select before converting.

You see the slide count and a summary before paying — so you only pay when satisfied with the generation. Try a different style or add specific instructions in the "Additional Instructions" field to guide the AI. If you'd like a retry, contact support.
